Spring Forward!

We were finally able to get outside for a length of time this past weekend.  The first big snow thaw of the spring means very different things to dog and owner.  For dogs, it's like Christmas in March!  Lots of toys that had been forgotten are re-discovered, every corner of the yard finds a rope or ball peeking out from the remaining snow.  They are amused for the day, and then some.  (For the owner, other surprises are revealed.)
Cryzz found his foster brother, Rusty's, frisbee.  While usually not a possessive dog,  Rusty's frisbees are his life.  He was not amused by Cryzz's antics, when he sees a frisbee he wants to play.  Not keep-away, not chase, not anything other than throw, catch, and return.  But we were, of course, amused and let them play out their brotherly rival.

At the end of the day, the dogs were tired, dirty, and still best buddies.

Trying to share...

Mine!

Rusty says, 'that's enough'...
